Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital & Graphic Designer to support the Central Marketing team through the creation of high-quality visual assets across digital and marketing channels.

This role will be responsible for producing a wide range of marketing and brand assets that support campaigns, website(s), events, content initiatives, and corporate communications. The designer will work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency, strong brand alignment, and timely delivery of creative materials.

A key component of this role is upholding and reinforcing our brand standards. The Digital & Graphic Designer will help ensure our brand is consistently and effectively represented across all channels and mediums, contributing to the continued evolution and visual strength of our brand presence.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with practical execution skills across digital graphics, marketing collateral, presentation design, logo development, and video editing. The role requires someone comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Stewardship & Visual Identity

Serve as a steward of the company’s visual identity, ensuring all creative assets align with established brand standards, with guidance from Corporate Marketing Director.

Core Responsibilities

  • Uphold and apply corporate brand guidelines across all marketing and corporate materials.
  • Ensure consistent visual representation of the brand across digital, event, and marketing assets.
  • Support the creation, refinement, and updates of logos and brand marks as needed across the organization.
  • Help evolve and strengthen the company’s visual presence across multiple mediums including web, email, social media, events, and marketing content.
  • Partner with marketing and content teams to maintain brand alignment across campaigns and initiatives.

2. Marketing & Campaign Design

Develop visual assets that support marketing campaigns and brand visibility across digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design marketing graphics for digital campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Create advertising visuals for use across digital channels and marketing promotions.
  • Produce banner graphics for email campaigns, social media, and website pages aligned with messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Develop website images and visual elements that support content and improve engagement, in partnership with UX designer for website.
  • Ensure visual assets are optimized for digital performance and platform requirements.

3. Event Design & Marketing Materials

Support marketing events and conferences through visual design and branded collateral.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design graphics and promotional materials for events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Produce event-related assets including:
    • Booth graphics
    • Digital event promotions
    • Event landing page visuals
    • Social media graphics
  • Ensure all event materials align with corporate branding and marketing objectives.

4. Content & Visual Storytelling

Collaborate with content and marketing teams to enhance visual storytelling across marketing initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design visual assets to accompany blogs, whitepapers, guides, and marketing content.
  • Create infographics and visual elements that improve content readability and engagement.
  • Ensure design consistency across content formats and platforms.

5. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Support marketing and corporate communications through video editing and graphic overlays.

Core Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form marketing videos and promotional content.
  • Add graphic elements, titles, transitions, and branded visual overlays.
  • Produce simple animated graphics or motion elements where appropriate.

6. Corporate Materials & Presentation Design

Support the creation and maintenance of branded corporate materials.

Core Responsibilities

  • Clean up and refine presentation decks (PowerPoint) to ensure professional, consistent formatting.
  • Design business cards and branded corporate materials.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines and visual standards.

  • Marketing campaigns supported by engaging and visually strong creative assets.
  • Event and promotional materials delivered on schedule and aligned with brand standards.
  • Strong visual consistency across website, email campaigns, social media, and advertising assets.
  • Brand standards upheld and reinforced across all design outputs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools, such as:
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Adobe After Effects
  • Familiarity with Canva for collaboration with non-designers
  • Experience creating digital marketing assets including:
    • Website graphics
    • Advertising creatives
    • Email banners
    • Social media graphics
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint presentation design and formatting.
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Fluent English required to support collaboration with global marketing teams.
