Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust, maintainable, and scalable software applications
- Solve complex business and process challenges through creative, data-driven solutions
- Research emerging AI trends, experiment with tools, and prototype innovative solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance workflows and products using AI
- Promote knowledge sharing and empower others across teams to leverage AI Required
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions
- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and generative AI frameworks and workflow platforms
- Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
- Experience in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Enthusiastic about AI, automation, and empowering others with technology
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, .NET, or other modern programming languages
- Experience with real projects (internships, open source, Kaggle, or personal)
- Advanced English is required – spoken, written, listening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of relational & document databases and data structures
- Familiarity with: o Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) o Containerization tools and orchestration o Infrastructure as Code (terraform, etc.)
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration
