Job Description
· Configure and operate FoodChain ID SaaS products across environments, including setup, feature flags, and baselines
· Implement approved designs; provide technical feasibility input and configuration estimates during scoping
· Maintain deep product and platform knowledge; produce configuration workbooks, runbooks, and “as‑built” documentation
· Establish and refine repeatable methodologies and best practices; drive continuous improvement and light automation
· Partner with functional consultants to translate approved requirements into technical configuration
· Communicate clearly with stakeholders through demos, release notes, and issue/RCA write‑ups; contribute to internal projects as needed
· Demonstrate solid verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or graduate degree. Major in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Food Sciences preferred
· Outstanding general consulting skills (soft skills, structured thinking, effective report writing, communication)
· Knowledge and experience of significant aspects of related disciplines such as Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, Agile Software Development and Digital Technologies
· Experience with Process Manufacturing in an FMCG (fast moving consumer goods).
· At least 3-5 years of IT consulting experience
· Ability to operate in a fluid environment and comfortable with high levels of uncertainty
· Own technical investigation tasks; capture findings; implement and validate configuration changes.
· Up to 10% travel required

Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with Azure Cloud (fundamentals; Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104).)
· Familiarity with managing SQL Database and Windows Server Admin Basics
· Familiarity with OData Calls and Power BI
